By Deborah Hirsch, The Charlotte Observer, N.C. Feb. 8--Rock Hill High School Principal Niles Chumley said Tuesday that he will retire at the end of the school year. After 35 years in public education, he said, it's time for a break. "I've enjoyed every minute of it, every day," he said.
