BRISTOW -- A Creek County judge has rejected a petition that seeks a grand jury probe of Rogers County government. District Judge Joe Sam Vassar said the petition fell short of its statutory requirements.

The University of Oklahoma Board of Regents will discuss design development plans and construction documents for the OU Cancer Institute at the Health Sciences Center and Phase I of the Cross Center Renovation project on the Norman campus during its regular meeting in Tulsa.
