Brandon Inge hit a one-out homer in the ninth off Roman Colon Friday, giving Detroit a 1-0 victory over Kansas City. Kansas City's Zack Greinke and Detroit's Jarrod Washburn engaged in a tremendous duel, but neither figured in the decision. Greinke, with two complete-game victories over the Tigers this year, held them to three hits and struck out seven over seven innings.
