A MINER has been killed in an incident at a north Warwickshire coal mine. The 45-year-old sustained fatal head injuries at Daw Mill Colliery in Arley at 2 am on Sunday. The man, who comes from Swadlincote in Derbyshire, was declared dead at the scene by paramedics.
