WINDSOR, England, June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Centrica plc, the parent company of British Gas, today announced it has reached an agreement with Canadian Superior Energy Inc.

UK-based energy group Centrica, through its British Gas Business division, has reached an agreement to acquire the customer base of BizzEnergy for a cash consideration of GBP3.5 million after the privately-owned energy supplier was taken into administrative receivership.
