By Alison Knezevich alisonk@wvgazette.com WINFIELD - Teays Valley parents could know by December whether their children will attend Putnam County's new elementary school.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has presented John Inghram of Scott Depot with the EPA Mid-Atlantic Region's award for excellence in operating a drinking water system. Inghram operates the drinking water treatment facility for the Putnam Public Service District in Putnam County.
