By RACHEL RICE; OF THE NEWS STAFF PRESQUE ISLE - The City Council has chosen a Kansas City, Mo.- based company to help attract a military aircraft mission to the airport. During their Monday night meeting, councilors awarded a contract of up to $98,300 to pay HNTB Corp.
