By Rocky Barker, The Idaho Statesman, Boise Nov. 16--A Montana community organizer has been named executive director of the Snake River Alliance. Andrea Shipley now heads the groups that promotes renewable energy and opposes nuclear power. She succeeds Jeremy Maxand who left last summer.
