By Paula Lloyd, The Fresno Bee, Calif. Aug. 1--SQUAW VALLEY -- About 150 foothill residents jammed the Squaw Valley library to overflowing Thursday night for a sometimes angry town hall meeting with Pacific Gas & Electric officials over a proposed route for a high-voltage power line.
