By Kathryn Balint, The San Diego Union-Tribune Oct. 28--Sand Hill IT Security/Acquisition Corp. of Menlo Park said yesterday it will merge with San Diego's privately held St. Bernard Software in an all-stock transaction valued at about $64.5 million.
