By Kim North Shine, Detroit Free Press Jan. 27--The Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan has a new treatment center in Sterling Heights. The "10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art" center, as it's being billed, is at 33464 Schoenherr and replaces a facility in Warren that the practice had outgrown.
