PATNA: Cine-lovers had a major disappointment on Thursday when they learnt that noted filmmaker Subhash Ghai would not be able to attend the ongoing film festival in the city due to poor health. Ghai was scheduled to be present during the screening of his film, Black & White, on Thursday.
