Vietnam opens additional border gate with Cambodia HANOI, Dec. 17 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam has opened an international border gate in central highlands Gia Lai province, bordering Cambodia's Ratanakiri province, local newspaper Vietnam News reported Monday.
