By Daily Press, Newport News, Va. Nov. 22--The Rotary Club of West Point welcomed David B. Nichols and James N. Carter, Jr. as speakers at their Nov. 8 meeting. Nichols has been flying to Virginia's Tangier Island once a week for 27 years to care for more than 600 isolated residents.
