Excerpt from report by Russian state news agency RIA Novosti Moscow, 3 December: The Russian government has approved its TV and radio broadcasting development strategy for 2008-15. Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov has signed an order to this effect, the cabinet's press service reported today.
