LOS ANGELES, May 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- In a first for the USO whose motto is "Until Every One Comes Home", the USO will world premiere "Far From Home", the newest video from the Doobie Brothers latest release, World Gone Crazy, tomorrow, May 5.
The North American International Auto Show Tuesday announced it has booked the iconic rock band The Doobie Brothers to perform at an upcoming fundraiser. The group is expected to play inside Detroit's Cobo Arena at the auto show's annual black-tie Charity Preview gala Jan. 16.
HE'S been part of Steely Dan and the Doobie Brothers but it's as a solo artist that we'll be seeing Michael McDonald at Symphony Hall next Thursday. The 57-year-old from St Louis began his association with Steely Dan in 1975, adding vocal harmonies to a number of albums, before joining the Doobies.
