ATLANTA, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Cox Enterprises, Inc. announced today it has reached a definitive agreement to sell two of its Texas newspapers, the Longview News-Journal (Longview) and The Marshall News Messenger (Marshall and Harrison County), to ASP Westward, L.P.
