British actress Mischa Barton will star in A Beautiful Life, a dramatic pilot to be offered by the CW network, an industry source says. The Hollywood Reporter said Thursday the 23-year-old actress will play a veteran supermodel named Sonja in the show about the lives of several models sharing a New York residence. Barton is no stranger to the fashion industry, having worked as a model for Calvin Klein, Monsoon Accessorize, Dooney & Bourke and others. Barton gained fame on the defunct FOX teen drama The O.C.
