Hollywood's Paramount Pictures said Friday it is postponing the release of Martin Scorsese's film adaptation of the novel Shutter Island until next year. Co-starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Ruffalo, the movie was slated to open Oct. 3, in time for the 2009-10 awards season.
