By The News & Observer, Raleigh, N.C. Jan. 31--Public radio station WUNC 91.5 FM plans to open a Greensboro news bureau to broaden the scope of its coverage. The station will build a studio and office on the top floor of Triad Stage, a regional theater company in downtown Greensboro.
