By Bill Teeter, Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Texas Apr. 22--The Justin municipal sewage treatment plant is dumping polluted water into a creek that feeds into Lake Grapevine, but Grapevine officials say they are confident that the situation does not endanger the city's drinking water supply.

The presence of higher than normal manganese in treated water distributed to Bedford, Colleyville, Euless, Grapevine and North Richland Hills by the Trinity River Authority of Texas has caused a light yellow or brown color to be noticeable in some of the water being delivered.
