Passenger traffic at Richmond International Airport continued to decline in July, though the month was the second-best July in the airport's history.

Richmond International Airport officials are investigating the latest crash involving fuel trucks and aircraft. No one was injured yesterday when a truck driver backed into the left wing tip of a Trans State Airlines regional jet about 6:15 a.m., airport spokesman Troy Bell said.
