By Bill Graham, The Kansas City Star, Mo. Jul. 12--Hydrologists are keeping an eye on thunderstorms predicted for the Kansas City region today, as floodwaters from previous storms continue to pour into reservoirs. Truman Lake is 24 feet above normal and spread over a broad floodplain.
