Private equity firm Tenaska Power Fund has agreed to sell its Commonwealth Chesapeake power station in New Church, Virginia to Tyr Energy. The Commonwealth Chesapeake power station was purchased by Tenaska Power Fund (TPF) in 2005. The sale is expected to close in the first quarter of 2008.
