NEW YORK - U.S. Airways said yesterday it would begin charging its customers $25 for checking in a second bag on all domestic and international flights. The smallest of the six major U.S. carriers in terms of assets, the Tempe, Ariz.-based airline said the new fee will start May 5. U.S.
