By Diana Moskovitz, The Miami Herald Apr. 16--Alligator Alley has reopened after brush fire smoke forced it to close for much of the early evening. The highway, also known as Interstate 75, reopened shortly after 8 p.m., said Sgt. Mark Wysocky, spokesman for the Florida Highway Patrol.
