NAIROBI (Reuters) - A 70-year-old U.S. Catholic missionary was acquitted of sodomy by a Kenyan Court after no evidence was presented, a magistrate said on Monday. Andre Hotchkiss was charged with committing an unnatural offence with a man in Nairobi's downtown Uhuru park in April.
