Text of report by Belarusian Nationwide TV on 5 November Belarus and Russia have agreed a joint balance of fuel and energy resources for the next year. Under the agreements, the supplies of Russian gas will grow by 2 per cent, electricity supplies will be increased by 170m kWh.
