By Martin Rozenman, The Columbus Dispatch, Ohio Dec. 11--The last suburb in central Ohio to haul its own trash voted to get out of the business last night. The Upper Arlington City Council voted 6-1 to contract with Texas-based Inland Service Corp. for trash, yard waste and recycling removal.
