By Jennifer W. Sanchez, The Salt Lake Tribune Jul. 8--Some Bluffdale officials don't want big, heavy trucks driving through neighborhoods, so they're proposing a truck-route ordinance to keep them out. The Bluffdale City Council is scheduled to vote on the proposal at its meeting Tuesday.
The Salt Lake Community Action Program board of directors has openings for low-income representation. Petitions for membership can be picked up at the agency's administrative office, 764 S. 200 West in Salt Lake City. A community forum and election will start at 6 p.m.
