By Vicki Vaughan, San Antonio Express-News Apr. 26--A fire and the closure of a refinery that's served by NuStar Energy L.P., formerly Valero L.P., was a key reason why NuStar's net income dropped 24 percent in the first quarter, the company said Wednesday.

NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE:NS) (formerly Valero L.P.) and NuStar GP Holdings, LLC (NYSE:NSH) (formerly Valero GP Holdings, LLC) today announced that their previously scheduled conference call on Monday, April 30, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. CT has been rescheduled for 9:00 a.m. CT on Tuesday, May 1.
