By Justin Carinci, The Columbian, Vancouver, Wash. Mar. 7--A Vancouver man has pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography. Paul Eric Presley, 47, entered the guilty plea Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Tacoma. Presley faces a sentence of five to 20 years in prison.
