Ruano Pascual and Medina Garrigues, who were seeded third, faced just four break points in a 6-1, 6-1 rout of 12th-seeded Victoria Azarenka and Elena Vesnina. The winning team controlled the match throughout, winning 65 percent of the points in their own serve and 55 percent when Azarenka or Vesnina served. It was the sixth French Open doubles titles for Ruano Pascual.
