By Amy D. Lynch, Valley Morning Star, Harlingen, Texas Aug. 10--HARLINGEN -- Texas Department of Transportation officials have been making rounds in 54 Texas cities, including three in the Rio Grande Valley, to update citizens about the proposed 600-mile Trans-Texas Corridor.
