By Peter Marren Winner ATHE AFRICAN GREY PARROT The future looks brighter thanks, ironically, to bird flu. In Britain the trade in wild birds was put on hold in 2005 after bird flu was diagnosed among quarantined animals.

David Sparks, a licensed animal damage control agent, will present an exhibit from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Maine Wildlife Park about wild animal emergencies.

Visit the Cotswold Wildlife Park during the holidays to see the wide variety of animals which live at the Park and the flamboyant plantings in the Walled Garden.
