Jul. 13--DANVILLE -- Provena Health's two hospitals in Urbana and Danville once again have undergone a sudden change of leadership. Mark Wiener, who took over as chief executive of Provena Covenant Medical Center and Provena United Samaritans Medical Center two years ago, resigned Monday night.
