By Stephanie Farr, Philadelphia Daily News Jan. 3--The stabbing of a supervisor at the William Penn School District's bus depot yesterday morning left thousands of students without transportation after their buses were cordoned off as part of the crime scene.

Richmond County's next superintendent will come from outside the area.
