As an undercover narcotics agent, Richard Schleigh saw illicit drugs ruin lives. Now, as a chronic pain patient injured during a drug raid, he says it can be easier to buy drugs on the street than get a prescription from a doctor. Schleigh, 37, of Hagerstown, Md., isn't about to go that route.
