By Kevin Butler LONG BEACH - For Wilson High School student Ana Plasencia, the Junior ROTC program is like a "second family." She was slated to become executive officer next year, the second- highest position in the school's Naval program.

An audit indicates at least one Washington, D.C., high school has allowed students to graduate while falling far short of the requirements. The report by the D.C. Office of the Inspector General looked most closely at Woodrow Wilson Senior High School, The Washington Times reported.
