EnCana has announced that it will begin construction of a Coker and Refinery Expansion project, through its equal-stake integrated oil venture with ConocoPhillips, at the Wood River refinery in Roxana, Illinois in September 2008.

CALGARY, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EnCana Corporation (TSX, NYSE: ECA), through its 50-50 integrated oil venture with ConocoPhillips, will begin construction this month of a Coker and Refinery Expansion (CORE) project at the Wood River refinery in Roxana, Illinois.
