CLEVELAND, Aug. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE: TDG) announced today that it has acquired certain aerospace related assets from a wholly-owned subsidiary of Woodward Governor Company (Nasdaq: WGOV) for approximately $48 million in cash.
