UK-based airline easyJet has announced that it will launch a new daily service to Copenhagen, Denmark from its base at London Gatwick Airport, effective January 15, 2009. The new service is an addition to easyJet's existing route to Copenhagen from London Stansted which operates three times a day. In addition to the new service between London Gatwick and Copenhagen, easyJet will also offer a new service from London Gatwick to Helsinki, Finland, from November 3, 2008.

easyJet has announced that it will launch a new service from the London Gatwick Airport to Istanbul, Turkey, effective December 12, 2008, with fares from GBP35.99 one-way including tax.
