NEW YORK (Reuters) - Trainer Carl Hanford, jockey Bill Boland and turf champion Cougar II were elected to the National Museum of Racing's Hall of Fame on Tuesday. The trio, who will be inducted on August 7, were elected by the Saratoga organization's Historic Review Committee, which considers nominees who have not been active in racing for 25 years.
