The Two Thumb Range Conservation Park in Mid-Canterbury should be open this year. Department of Conservation community relations manager Cheryl Colley told a Canterbury Aoraki Conservation Board meeting in Ashburton yesterday that several submitters to the park proposal would be heard in Christchurch on Monday.
