Latest Apple TV Stories
It seemed unbelievable at first when news broke over the weekend that a Foxconn CEO had “officially” announced the new, rumored Apple TV device. To those who have been following Apple for any length of time, such a story reeked of something fishy.
Much has been written about iCloud ever since Apple introduced it last fall. The cloud-based service is meant to keep Macs in sync with iPads, iPhones and iPod Touches automatically. However, for all iCloud does well, many still consider it an incomplete service.
It’s been the most hotly debated Apple rumor since the iPad and the iPhone, and so far the talk has refused to die down.
Apple released the newest version of their iOS software Monday afternoon. The new version, iOS 5.1.1, is meant to fix a few minor bugs within the OS, affecting all iPads, iPhones 3GS, 4 and 4S, and third and fourth generations of the iPod Touch.
As more and more companies make moves to provide premium streaming content to their users, it’s become very likely the outdated business of cable television may be on its way out.
In what may be the only rumor older than the Apple TV mumblings, people are now beginning to wonder aloud if Apple will start their own mobile service, overtaking the likes of AT&T and Verizon, further taking control of the entire iPhone and iPad experience.
