  Russian news agencies said on Monday that the country's space agency is delaying the return of astronauts from the International Space Station (ISS) and the launch of the next mission to the station. Daniel Burbank is an American astronaut and a Captain in the United States Coast Guard. He was born Daniel Christopher Burbank on July 27, 1961 in Manchester, Connecticut.
