New Kensington-Arnold School District officials voted unanimously to hire Tammy Cavanaugh as assistant to the superintendent for pupil personnel services and human resources. She was hired at a salary of $75,000. Cavanaugh previously was the school psychologist for the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit. She holds superintendent and K-12 principal papers.
