A 25-year-old new bride who is dying of cervical cancer says the age at which a woman can first receive a pap smear in Britain should be lowered. The Daily Telegraph said Wednesday that Katie Brickell has begun calling for a reduced age for a woman's first pap smear from 25 to 16 after her repeated attempts to receive the gynecological test were rejected.
