PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. (AP) -- An emergency dispatcher in suburban Philadelphia said a hot-air balloon crashed and burst into flames on Sunday, killing one person and injuring the six others who were on board. The Chester County Emergency Services dispatcher said the balloon crashed at 6:40 p.m.
