RICHMOND, Va., June 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dominion Virginia Power's two electricity-generating stations under construction -- the Virginia City Hybrid Energy Center in Wise County and the Bear Garden Power Station in Buckingham County -- are on schedule and on budget.
